To apply for a posted position, please follow the steps below:
1. Download the Employment Application by clicking here. Save the document to your computer. It is a Microsoft Word document.
2. Open the document and complete the application. You must submit a separate application for each position for which you are applying. Save the edited document with your name and the job title of the application in the file name.
Select File menu (upper left).
Select Save As from list.
In the File Name field insert your name and job title. Example: John Smith – Records Clerk. It is critical to have this information in the file name.
Click on Save button.
3. Close the document.
4. Attach the document file(s) to an email message. Send the message to [email protected]. If no e-mail, print the document(s) and return them to Allen County Human Resources at 1 E. Main Street, Room 350, Fort Wayne, IN 46802. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (closed Holidays). You can also fax it to (260) 449-4220.
