Foodborne
Illness Prevention Training
The Indiana Food
Code, 410 IAC 7-20, now requires that each food establishment provide foodborne
illness prevention training to at least one employee who has primary oversight
responsibility for food safety at each establishment.
We, along with the Indiana State Department of Health, have developed a
program that addresses the 15 points of knowledge this trained person must have.
Below are the dates we have scheduled to provide this training at
no charge.
