» Adult Mosquito Test Results

The Vector Control and Environmental Services Division is involved in routine mosquito surveillance for arboviral diseases.  In an effort to control Norway rats, the Division assesses residential properties for the necessity of toxic bait placement and code enforcement.  Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is utilized for the control of the insects and rodents.  In addition, the Division conducts investigations involving possible human exposure to the rabies virus and provides tick identification.  Mold, cockroach, meth labs and other environmental complaints are investigated by Division staff.
