Smoking in Allen County, Indiana
On June 1, 2007, Allen County Commissioners passed
Article 8 Smoking Ordinance. The City of Fort Wayne also passed
Bill No. G-07-06-05. Although separate regulations, both regulate
smoking in their respective jurisdiction.
Both jurisdictions, Allen County, and the City of Fort Wayne,
are responsible for enforcing their own respective ordinance. To determine

The cities of Huntertown, Leo-Cedarville, Woodburn, and New
Haven have all opted-out of the Allen County ordinance and have enacted their
own.
